Who is the Lender?
All facilities offered under the Capital Advance brand are provided by Hye Enterprise LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of New Jersey, United States of America (EIN: 83-3104406). Hye Enterprise LLC is the lender and the legal counterparty to all facility agreements.
Who is the Servicer?
Business Credit Services Limited (Company No. 16066739, registered in England and Wales), whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, acts as the appointed servicer for Hye Enterprise LLC. Business Credit Services Limited trades as “Capital Advance” under licence from the Lender.
How will we contact you?
All day-to-day communications regarding your facility — including payment reminders, account queries, collections correspondence, and general servicing — will be conducted by the Servicer’s personnel using Capital Advance email addresses (including team@capitaladvance.co.uk, deals@capitaladvance.co.uk, and loaninfo@capitaladvance.co.uk) and the telephone number 0207 362 9054. Correspondence from these addresses is authorised by and sent on behalf of the Lender.
Who makes lending decisions?
All lending decisions, credit approvals, variations, and material enforcement decisions are made by the Lender. The Servicer provides loan administration, collections, and borrower communication services and may make recommendations to the Lender, but does not make final lending decisions.
Regulatory status
Hye Enterprise LLC is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Facilities are provided exclusively to UK limited companies for business purposes and are not regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Data handling
Hye Enterprise LLC is the data controller for all borrower personal data. Business Credit Services Limited processes personal data on behalf of the Lender in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
